To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible  We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must take this up with the United Parcel Service.  Soul Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Soul Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with shipping due to post office error.
  • Packages were delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

U.S. Customers

  • UPS Standard Shipping: Arrives within 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground Shipping: Arrives 1 business day 
  • Local Delivery: Same Day by 7pm 

Local Houston Delivery 

Same day local delivery within 25 mile radius of our fulfillment center in Houston. Orders must be placed before 12:30pm CST in order to be delivered same day. Any orders placed after that time will be processed and delivered the following business day.  Orders placed Saturday after 12:30pm will be delivered Monday as we are closed on Sundays. Orders will arrive by 7pm CST approximately or before. Any specific delivery instructions such as gate codes, please be sure to include them in the "Delivery Instruction" text box when placing your order. 

If you wish to return a local delivery item, it must be shipped back, no exceptions.
